Hampton Roads Old School is an organization dedicated to introducing positive and strong role models into schools and social lives of children. Our organization is comprised of men and women who believe in God, family values, integrity and superior work ethics. Members are encouraged to invite young men and women to join, participate in forums and learn from a generation that has been there and done that. Established business folks may offer internships to invited "New School" members who are willing to put in the time and effort to change their lives. Education, information, contacts and political power are keys to success in America. Hampton Roads Old School is led by former military technicians, managers and leaders with extensive backgrounds in technical/non-technical training and government programs created for veterans and talented entrepreneurs. Our goal is to share our knowledge with the both young and old in Hampton Roads and provide financial, technical and administrative support to local non-profits, churches and other organizations wishing to expand their outreach in the community or change the course of a generation through political means.
The problems addressed and issues raised on this site are universal and effect all races of people. People of all colors are welcome and encouraged to join. We are committed to sharing our experience, knowledge and time to make a difference both in the classroom and the political stage where lasting change is possible. Once enlightened, our children will not only compete in the classroom, but excel in all facets of life in America.

The gravitational force behind our outreach is centered around the many talents, drive and persistence of our founder, C Jerome. As technical manager of the Pretlow Planetarium, located on the campus of Old Dominion University; he along with his associate and friend Dr. Declan De Paor have created a state of the art multi-functional lecture hall projecting in high definition on a 40' 360 degree dome screen. With a flip of a switch we can turn a cold winter day into a controlled 72 degree, star filled night and take you on a trip through the universe. A patent is pending on our hardware configuration and software applications used to teach undergraduate astronomy courses during the day while providing a special environment suitable for marking special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, engagements, marriages, anniversaries, retirements, and memorials after hours. There is comfortable seating for 80 guests.

Your level of involvement is totally up to you. You may register to receive simple email updates about Old School events planned throughout the country or become a mentor at one of our local schools. The Renaissance Academy located in Virginia Beach is an alternative education facility that really needs support from the community.
